1) From right to left,
they are coarse crush area,middle fine mill area and fine milling area and blast area.
Material fed in will be milled by the three areas to become fine powder.

(1) Cyclone can seperate dust from powder(granules)
(2) Rotary valve make powder discharge speed even

and to clean it and dismantle is convinient. |
 | Pulse Dust Collecting box
(1) Dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.
(2} Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames are also made of stainless steel and can be disassembled easily.
(3) With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently. |
Main features:
1) BSDF chickpea electric crusher has three knife groups in the mill chamber: Coarse Crusher, Middle Fine Mill and Fine Mill, Normal hammer mill only have one.
2) BSDF doesn't need a sieve or screen mesh in mill chamber, change powder size by changing speed by inverter. Normal hammer mill has.
3) Temperature of BSDF's mill chamber will not rise or only rise a little, quality of powder not be affected by heat. Temperature of normal hammer mill's chamber is much higher.
4) With the same power consumption, BSDF's capacity is much bigger than normal hammer mill.
